There is no TIME actually. for the understanding of the whole existance , for the fullfilling our purpose of living,Time is require. It is , it was or it will be never going anywhere.
Our existnace gone through "Time" for nothing or for somewhere , we don't know. All the so called purspose, or understanding the reality based on TIME which was actully has no meaning. Only existance is present- is it reality or not, we don't know. All our volition, our frustration and sorrow has a link with time and that is , that was and that will be detach ourselves from existance- actuallity.

beyond physical level

don't hurt by words from any body

just ignore it. people often hurt by their own people i.e wife, freinds , husband

don't identify with anybody. love your surrounding people, love their company

that's all. but don't identify with any body. u are working for them, it is your duty

try to forget and detach yourself from any conflict.


It is your world. If u are hurted, sorrow ridden then u can't get the devine bliss.

first love the life . love your daily life style. don't feel you are trapped by other's or society

whatever the job or challanges come socially or personally accept it and try to solve it
